Paul has 40+ year experience of working in international development – with extensive experience in the education, health, and infrastructure sectors

As mentor he works with individuals and small groups to develop a deeper understanding of Integral praxis and to become more integrally informed practitioners. He has co-hosted Integral without Borders gatherings in Perpignan, France in 2006 and in Istanbul, Turkey in 2008 and 2010 and in South Africa 2012.

Paul is a UK trained Architect with extensive global experience doing pioneering work with passive solar energy in the 1970/90s in Africa and Australia, working with the award winning team for the Burrell Museum in Glasgow and has tutored at the Architectural Association School of Architecture, London.

Barbara van Schaik

Barbara has worked as an advisor to a number of NGOs including Ideas International in Bangladesh.

Barbara studied Tibetan Medicine in Bhutan, Nepal and at Men Zee Khang, Dharamsala, India. This lead in 2015 to the publication of he book 'The Nature of Life – the Tibetan Approach to Health and Wellbeing' which is an updated treatment of the ancient teaching of Tibetan Medicine. And later that year the companion volume 'the 3 Natures Guide to Diet & Lifestyle

She also has qualified in Chinese herbal medicine.

Barbara is currently working with Integral Wellbeing and Integral Mentoring.

Her initial training was in design and she still works in this field when time is available
